- 1. Go to Administration | 7LMS.
- 2. Choose Classes.
- 3. Click the Manage class members icon to send email after creatin a class.
- 4. Select your students.
- 5. Click on the ">" icon to move students to Chosen Members.
- 6. Click on "<" to remove students from the chosen members.
- 7. Select the rest of the students for the class.
- 8. Send email notification.
- 💡 Email Sending Activation
- 9. Click on Save.
You can send a notification email to all students you have added to the class at once. To create notification emails, refer to the Mail Template section.
Follow these steps:
1. Go to Administration | 7LMS. #
2. Choose Classes. #
3. Click the Manage class members icon to send email after creatin a class. #
4. Select your students. #
5. Click on the “>” icon to move students to Chosen Members. #
6. Click on “<” to remove students from the chosen members. #
To remove a student already assigned to the class, select the student and click on the Move Back icon.
7. Select the rest of the students for the class. #
8. Send email notification. #
💡 Email Sending Activation #
When you activate email sending and click the Save button, students will be automatically notified within 30 minutes. If you wish to cancel email sending, please go to the Email Management menu.
