learning access
7LMS is an AI-powered, multilingual learning management system developed by Mysoly in the Netherlands. It lets organizations create courses, run online classes and follow learner progress in one simple platform, on web and mobile.
7LMS is a social impact initiative of Mysoly Group BV. We offered the platform free of charge to organizations that work for the public good, such as foundations, NGOs and community initiatives. We believe good learning tools should not depend on budget. By removing the cost barrier, we want to help these organizations reach more people and contribute to a stronger, more inclusive society.

FROM THE JOURNAL
Accessible learning design has become a serious business priority. It no longer belongs only to accessibility teams or social impact projects. Today, every organization that trains people online must think about access, clarity, language, device use, and learner confidence from the start.
AI literacy training should sit at the center of every company’s 2026 learning plan. AI now supports hiring, sales, support, content, finance, health, and operations. Therefore, every team needs clear AI knowledge. The EU AI Act also changed the learning agenda. Article 4 of the EU AI Act focuses on AI literacy. It requires AI providers and deployers to take measures, to the best extent, so that staff and other people using AI systems on their behalf have a sufficient level of AI literacy. This duty has applied since 2 February 2025.
Skills-first training is becoming a central strategy in modern workforce planning. Organizations no longer rely only on degrees when they evaluate talent, because business needs now change faster than traditional education systems. Employers want people who can demonstrate relevant capabilities, adapt to new tools, and contribute to performance in a short time. Therefore, many companies now focus on practical skill validation, targeted learning paths, and measurable job readiness. This shift also reflects a broader change in how organizations think about growth. They no longer treat learning as a secondary HR function. Instead, they view it as a direct lever for productivity, agility, and long-term competitiveness.
