You can verify whether the emails automatically sent by the platform have reached users.
1. Go to Administration | 7LMS. #
2. Choose Email Management. #
3. Click on Delivery Status. #
4. Select the email you want to take action on. #
5. Update the email status. #
6. Confirm the update by clicking Yes. #

You have successfully changed the email status. You can cancel the email or review its content by clicking the eye icon in the right menu.
