How to modify participant permissions for an existing session?

Controlling participant access enhances session structure and prevents disruptions. Adjusting permissions allows instructors to:

  • Manage who can speak, share screens, or use interactive tools.
  • Ensure a focused learning environment by limiting distractions.
  • Encourage collaboration by granting specific learners additional access.
  • Protect sensitive information in confidential training sessions.
    This is particularly useful for business training, healthcare education, and compliance courses.

1. Go to Virtual Class list | 7LMS. #

2. Click on the update icon of the course that you want to edit. #

3. Click on Advanced Settings. #

4. Edit your participant permissions from the section “Student permissions”. #

5. Click on Schedule. #

6. Your edits are succesfully recorded. #
