If you wish to delete your personal data or permanently close your account, follow the steps below. Please note that this action is irreversible and all associated data will be lost.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all content, progress, and personal information associated with it.
• Some legal or administrative records may be retained as required by law.
• Data deletion requests may take up to 30 days to process.
• You will receive a notification email as confirmation of your deletion request.

1. Go to Overview | 7LMS. #

2. Click on the profile icon. #

3. Click on Profile. #

4. Choose Privacy. #

5. Select the data you want to be deleted. #

6. Click on Submit Request. #

7. Confirm your request clicking Yes. #

8. Click on Delete My Account if you want to delete your account. #
