- 3. Click on FAQ.
- 4. Click on Create FAQ.
- 5. Add your question.
- 6. Add your corresponding answer.
- 7. Click on Translate-AI and make it multilingual so users can read it in their preferred language.
- 8. Click on Save.
- 9. Your question and answer have been saved.

You can answer frequently asked questions from your platform users in the FAQ section . Users can view these answers in the Help Center menu.
