Instruction templates provide clear guidance for participants, improving response quality. Adding structured instructions ensures users understand the purpose and flow of the survey.

1. Go to Workspace | 7LMS. #

2. Choose Surveys. #

3. Click on Instructions. #

4. Click on Create New. #

5. Write a title for your instruction template. #

6. Write your instruction content. #

7. Check the preview of your instruction. #

8. Click other languages. #

As you see, the instruction is only available in the default language. There is no ready-made instruction for other languages.

To make the instruction accessible for users in different languages, you need to provide translations for your selected languages. You can do this as follows:

9. Click on En. #

To translate the instruction into other languages, you first need to click on the default language.

10. Click on Translate-AI. #

11. Your instruction is now ready-to-use for different languages. #

12. Now, it is time to add TTS for your instrucion. #

Click on your default language again.

13. Click on TTS All. #

14. Your TTS is ready-to-use now. #

15. TTs is also available in other languages. #

Just click on the play button to listen!

16. Click on En to save changes. #

You need to click on the default language again to save the changes!

17. Click on Save. #

18. Your instruction is ready now! #

19. Change the status as Approved to start using. #
