Instead of searching, downloading, and re-uploading files, you can simply find and add images, videos, and documents directly from the internet. This makes course creation faster, keeps your content visually engaging, and ensures you always have access to relevant materials without taking up storage on your device.

1. Go to Workspace. #

2. Click on File Manager. #

3. Choose Public Library. #

4. Click on Videos. #

When adding files from the internet using the File Manager , simply click on the category you want to search in— Images, Videos, Documents, or Audio .

This way, you can quickly find and add the most relevant media for your course without leaving the platform. It streamlines your workflow and helps you enrich your content with just a few clicks.
