How to export survey responses for reporting (Excel & PDF)?

Exporting survey responses is essential for creating detailed reports and analyzing data. By exporting responses to Excel or PDF formats, you can easily share results with stakeholders, perform in-depth analysis, or archive data for future reference. This feature provides you with a streamlined way to handle and present survey data, helping you make informed decisions based on clear, accessible reports.

1. Go to Surveys | 7LMS. #

2. Click on ​the See the survey results icon. #

Once the survey is approved, participants can begin answering the questions. If any participants have started responding to the survey, the icon will become active. However, if no participants have answered the survey yet, the icon will remain inactive and cannot be clicked.

3. Click on Table View. #

4. You can view a list of participants along with details such as language, participation duration, and time. #

5. Click on Export as Excel. #

The table view will be downloaded to your computer in Excel format within seconds.

6. Now, click on Chart View. #

7. You can view all the questions individually in a chart view. #

8. Change the chart view if you want! #

9. Click on Export as PDF. #

10. The chart view will be downloaded to your computer as a PDF within seconds. #
