- 1. Go to Surveys | 7LMS.
- 2. Click on the See the survey results icon.

- 3. View your survey name and language mode here.
- 4. You can see how many questions are included in that section.
- 5. You can review the start and end times of the survey.
- 6. The number of attendees can be displayed here.
- 7. You can check how many participants have taken part in the survey on each specific day.
- 8. You can also change the graphic type.
- 9. On the right side, you can see a graph showing participants grouped by language.
- 10. You can change the type of the graph to view the data in different formats.
- 11. You can view a list of participants along with details such as language, participation duration, and time.
- 12. Additionally, you can see a list of responses provided by each participant for the questions.
- 13. Change the view.
- 14. You can view all the questions individually in a chart view as well.
Viewing and interpreting survey results is a crucial step in understanding your learners’ needs, feedback, and overall performance. 2. Click on the See the survey results icon. #
Once the survey is approved, participants can begin answering the questions. If any participants have started responding to the survey, the icon will become active. However, if no participants have answered the survey yet, the icon will remain inactive and cannot be clicked.
