- 1. Go to Survey | 7LMS.
- 2. Click on Section.
- 3. Click "+" and start adding question now!
- 4. Choose the question type!
- 5. Click on Single Selection.
- 6. Add your question and answers.
- 7. Click "+" if you want to add more options.
- 8. Click on Translate to translate your question into other languages.
- 9. Your question is now available into other languages.
- 10. Your first question is ready now! Click on "+" icon to add a new question.
- 11. Choose the next question type.
- 12. Click on Save after adding questions.
Using a mix of question types makes surveys more interactive and insightful. Multiple-choice, open-ended, and rating scale questions help collect both qualitative and quantitative feedback.

- Single Selection: The respondent selects one answer from a list of options.
- Multiple Choice: The respondent can select more than one answer from a list of options.
- True/False Choice: The respondent chooses whether a statement is true or false .
- Open Text Short: The respondent provides a brief written answer, usually one sentence or a few words.
- Open Text Long: The respondent provides a detailed written response, usually a few sentences or a paragraph. Here’s an example of how to add a Single Selection question:

If you want all your questions to be multilingual, you need to repeat this process for each question.
